Selfless Caregiver Betty Sue Keller is December's Aging Well Award Winner

Being a family caregiver is never and easy job and rarely does it come with any kind of reward. Today we break that cycle by awarding Betty Sue Keller with the December Aging Well award, sponsored by Freudenthal Primary Care at Home.

After retiring as a middle school secretary, Betty Sue helped care for her daughter for several years as she battled cancer. It was what she knew she had to do, and that's exactly why she deserves this award.

At 85 years young Betty Sue is not allowing her age to slow her down. A long time resident of Easton, MO, she actively volunteers in the St. Joseph area. Betty Sue can be seen every month helping with the Silver & Gold Club luncheons and outings. The Silver & Gold Club provides a wide variety of activities, events, and promotes meaningful social interaction in the local senior community.
