Home Health Aides

Freudenthal Home Health Aides provide a sense of pride, dignity and independence for each individual. Unique to Freudenthal, our home health aide services are provided by LPNs and RNs.

What do Home Health Aides do?

• Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming

• Wound care

• Take vital signs

• Assist patients with transfers and toileting

• Administer medications 

• Educate patients and family caregivers on all aspects of their plan of care
