Annual Corporate Sponsorships
Just like any other 501c3, we depend on yearly donations to stay in the fight. The Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease has served the Parkinson's Community for over 3 years by providing free exercise classes designed to slow the progression of PD.

While our classes are free and our staff is 100% volunteer, there are still cost associated with providing these exercise classes.

In order for our programs to expand and to remain free to the PD community, we need companies like yours to join us as Annual Corporate Sponsors. As an annual corporate sponsor, your business would provide the funding we need, and in turn we would promote your company visibly in our training space.
Sponsorship Packages
Platinum — $1,000
One of 8 Glass Pane Ads, a window sticker you can put on your business door/window showing you are a sponsor of the FCPD, and a free team-building class for up to 20 employees.
Gold — $750
One of 6 Cage Ads, a window sticker, and a free team-building class for up to 15 employees.
Silver — $250
One Bag Stand Pole Ad, a window sticker, and a free team-building class for up to 10 employees.
Bronze — $100
One Wall Block Ad (4 inches tall by 6 inches wide), a window sticker, and a free team-building class for up to 5 employees.
