We Honor Veterans is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) focused on respectful inquiry, compassionate listening and grateful acknowledgement.

 

This Program:

• Provides Veteran-centered education for all

• Freudenthal Hospice staff and volunteers to provide the best care for patients and families with military experience.

• Recognizes the unique needs of America’s Veterans and their families.

• Increases access and improves quality of care for Veterans in our community.

• Helps identify Veterans benefits for patient and family.
