Joe Freudenthal founded Freudenthal Home Health in 2004 out of a love for seniors and a passion to see them live a full life at home. He has been a part of the St. Joseph community for over 30 years and has quietly built a strong reputation of honesty and integrity in caring for seniors.

Vice President of In-Home Operations, Community Relations & Social Services
Shelbe has over 20 years of social work and administrative experience in the health care community of St. Joseph. Her engaging leadership style and relationship-building skills, as well as her uplifting personality have made her an integral part of Freudenthal Home Health's success since February of 2014. Denise has been the Executive Director of our Home Health Care Division since June of 2016. Her years of health care experience, formal leadership and business development training and outgoing personality make her a perfect fit to help Freudenthal Home Health become the premier provider of skilled home health care in the St. Joseph area and beyond.

Since 2018, Peggy has been the Executive Director of our Hospice Division. She has brought together the best team of hospice professionals who care deeply about their patients and families.

Since 2016, Rebecca has been the Executive Director of our Private Duty In-Home Care Division. Her team’s commitment to delivering first-class care has been monumental in the growth of our In-Home Division. Her caring attitude and team leadership are definitely a blessing to the Freudenthal Family.

Medicaid/Veterans In-Home Division
Since 2015, Lisa has been the Executive Director of our Medicaid/Veteran's In-Home Care Division. Her positive outlook and ability to empathize and connect easily with everyone makes her a natural choice to lead this division. Her division is growing quickly and we are honored to have Lisa on our team giving first-class care to our Medicaid and Veteran clients.
Christina has been the brains behind Freudenthal Home Health (and Joe Freudenthal) since the day it was founded. She works tirelessly behind the scenes on a million different things that keeps the "ship right on course." "CB" is the absolute best at what she does and we are honored to have her on our team.

Joshua joined Freudenthal in 2017 as our Marketing Director. He has 20 years in advertising and graphic design experience. His love of service as a Catholic Deacon, drives his passion to make sure that all of the Freudenthal advertising is 100% honest and as first-class as the care delivered by our caregivers.

Since August of 2014, Sarah has been the DON of our team at the wonderful Country Squire Retirement Community in St. Joseph. Sarah combines a unique skill set of leadership, emotional intelligence, and hands-on nursing that is a perfect combination for leading her awesome team at Country Squire.
